You’re the do-it-yourself type. You coach and manage teams, you lead groups, you’re organized. You’re the one people come to when they need help. Well, now we’ve made it even easier for you to find the help you need.

Improved Navigation

We’ve divided our library of help documentation into TeamSnap for Teams and TeamSnap for Clubs & Leagues. If you’re a coach, team manager, player or parent, you’ll probably want to click the blue button on the left. If you’re a club president, league commissioner or registrar, you’ll probably want to click the blue button on the right.

Improved Search Features

No matter what you do with TeamSnap, that search bar in the middle of the screen is super handy for finding answers to your questions. Just start typing and you’ll get a list of suggested help articles.

And when we say that search bar answers any question, we mean it.

If you somehow manage to stump the search bar, post your question in our Community section. Before you can say “TeamSnap,” our support aces will answer you. In addition, other TeamSnap customers can offer their advice.

Improved Feature Requests

Have a feature you’re just dying to see? Just click the panel pictured below in our help center. On the following screen, type a message describing the feature you’re interested in. And while you’re there, vote for other requests that you’d like to see on subsequent releases. This helps us determine what features our customers want most.
