A Few Tweaks to Public Access

Response to the new Public Access feature has been great, but we’re still make a few adjustments here and there based on your feedback. Two changes we just launched:

  1. Separate preferences for showing/hiding Photos and Files. You told us that you sometimes wanted to show photos publicly, but not files, or vice-versa, so now they can be controlled separately.
  2. If your plan allows you access to a TeamSnap tab but you have that tab turned off in your Public Access preferences, your Public site now hides that tab as well. So now you can mirror your Public site even more closely to your private site.

Let us know how Public Access is working for you and your team. We’ll continue to adjust this feature to best serve our customers!

It would be very handy for us (clients) if we could display player’s nationality and photo on our public site. If your concern is having the consent of the players to disclosure that information, you could have a check box next to each field in their profile and let them choose what information they’d like to disclosure.

Best,

Gustavo

Each player can choose individually whether to display their full name and thumbnail photo. They set these preferences under the Preferences tab. Thanks for using TeamSnap!
